Role: Office Administration (FULL TIME OR PART TIME)
Job Description:
This is a multifaceted role at a boutique Chartered Professional Accounting firm in Kitsilano. The daily duties include answering the phone, collections, retrieving information from the portal system, setting up new client profiles on the portal system, updating the Master client list (as information comes in), client relations, organizing client information, client follow up and bookkeeping. Bookkeeping experience not required (if willing to learn on the job).
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the Office Administration/bookkeeping role. We are looking for the following qualities:

• Post Secondary Degree preferable
